Our Traceability Process:

Initial Recording: Each valve is manually and electronically recorded, with tagging for added security.

Job card Issuance: A unique Job card is assigned to each valve, tracking its progress through our facility.

Serial Numbering: Our unique Serial Number is stamped onto each valve. As shown by the example below

Certification: Upon successful pressure testing, a Certificate is issued based on the Job card findings.
Valve Register:

Upon request, we provide a comprehensive Valve Register, detailing each valve's refurbishment history. This facilitates maintenance planning and certification scheduling for our clients, including major plants like Afrox and Air Liquide.
